Dr. Lipker is originally from Iowa where he graduated from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry in 1991.  He came to Janesville that same year and became active in several community organizations and coaching youth sports.  Dr. Lipker was a dental supervisor at Blackhawk Technical College for the dental hygeine program for many years.  He is a member of the ADA, WDA, and the Rock County Dental Society.

Dr. Lipker is married and two children.  He enjoys many outdoor activities with golf being his favorite.
